1. CyclingBoards.com will arrange the shipment in 24 hours after your order  full payment is made. 

2. Once the order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you automatically, you can check your item status then.

3. We deliver the items by using USPS or DHL and it will take 7-10 days for you to receive it (US, UK, CANADA, SPAIN, FRANCE, GERMANY, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, ITALY, NORWAY, BELGIUM, SWITZERLAND,DENMARK,SWEDEN etc.）. Other regions may take more days.

4. Free shipping to worldwide. If you want to received it in less time but your region not list in above, you can pay $30 to choose FAST SHIPPING option.

5.  If customers buy tow pairs or more of shoes at a same time, we will offer FAST SHIPPING too.

6. In these three cases we re-ship the shoes to you without any charges and you can also keep the shoes:
